STONKFLY

Somewhere out there, a research team wired up the full MaleCNS v1.0 fruit fly connectome — 166,700 real neurons, 25.5 million directed connections — and started feeding it live video frames. No game engine AI. No shortcuts. Just simulated fly neurons, reacting to light and pattern, one spike at a time.

First target: a Doom arena. Sensory neurons fire on every frame, activity gets mapped straight to movement and turning, and the fly tries — badly, honestly — to survive.

We watched the spike raster a little too long and got an idea. Same neurons. New feed. Swap the Doom frames for a candlestick chart, and let the fly's motor output steer sentiment instead of a shotgun. The imps became red candles. The exit became a green one.

$STONKFLY is what happens when a fly brain gets put in front of a chart instead of a monster closet. It doesn't know the difference. Neither should you.
